You may make a deposit to your gaming account using the following methods:

You may make a withdrawal from your gaming account using the following methods:

  • Cheque
  • Back to your Credit or Debit Card - currently available for Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (UK only) and Switch cards
  • Direct Bank Transfer (for amounts over £1,000 or Euro equivalent)
  • Back to your NETELLER account

When you request a withdrawal we may ask to see a copy of your photo ID, such as a passport or drivers license. Please do not be offended, we take our player’s security very seriously and this is simply an additional layer of protection.

How long does a withdrawal take?

  • Cheques are sent by 1st class post and should be with you within 5 working days.
  • Credit/Debit card withdrawals take between 1-7 working days depending upon your card issuer.
  • Bank transfers can take up to 3 working days.
  • NETELLER transactions take affect within minutes.
